MPI

The MPI section of the Metrics tab focuses on the usage and results of inspections conducted through Kimoby.



Selecting the Time Period


You can filter what period of time you want to view by clicking the Date drop-down menu at the top left of the page.


Filtering MPIs


You can filter the metrics by repair order type by clicking Repair Order Pay Type at the top of the page. Warranty Pay and Customer Pay are selected by default.


Note

Using the Contains operator allows you to select multiple pay types.

Using the Is equal to operator will allow you to select only one pay type.


You can filter the metrics by user role by clicking Repair Order Actors Role at the top of the page, if you only want to see service advisors or technicians, for example.



Drilling Down


In any metric, you can left-click on any value shown in a box, table or graph and select Drill. This will give you a full breakdown of that specific value.



Downloading Metrics


You can download any or all of the metrics in this page as an Excel, CSV, or PNG file directly to your PC.


To download a specific metric:

  1. Click on the three dots icon at the top-right of the metric box.
  2. Click Download.
  3. Under File type, select Excel (XLSX), CSV, or PNG.
  4. Click Download.


To download all the metrics on this page:

  1. Click on the download icon at the bottom-right of the page.
  2. Under Format, select the file type you prefer (PNG, Excel, CSV, or PDF).
  3. Click Create File.
  4. Click Download when the file is ready.



Media Metrics



Repair Orders - MPI


This table shows, month-to-month, how many of your ROs contained an MPI that was started, completed, sent, and seen. This focuses on the number ROs, not the number of MPIs, so if an RO contained multiple inspections, it would still count as one in this table.


RO with MPI Started shows the number of ROs that contained an MPI that was at least started.


RO with MPI Made shows the number of ROs that contained an MPI that was completed (published).


RO with MPI Sent shows the number of ROs that contained an MPI that was sent to the customer via text message.


RO with MPI Sent shows the number of ROs that contained an MPI that was viewed by the customer after clicking the link.



Repair Orders - MPI Progress


The Repair Order - MPI Progress table shows the progress over time of the amount of repair orders where an MPI was started, made, sent, and viewed. This allows you to see your staff’s progress in regards to the usage of Kimoby’s MPI  feature.



Users Actions - MPI


This table shows, on a user level, how many of their ROs contained an MPI that was started, completed, sent, and seen. This focuses on the number ROs, not the number of MPIs, so if an RO contained multiple inspections, it would still count as one in this table. However, if multiple users were participants of the same RO, it would count as one for each user.


RO with MPI Started shows the number of ROs the user was a participant in that contained an MPI that was at least started.


RO with MPI Made shows the number of ROs the user was a participant in that contained an MPI that was completed (published).


RO with MPI Sent shows the number of ROs the user was a participant in that contained an MPI that was sent to the customer via text message.


RO with MPI Sent shows the number of ROs the user was a participant in that contained an MPI that was viewed by the customer after clicking the link.



Users - MPI


This table shows how many MPIs each user completed, as well as how many items were inspected and what the result rates were.


Completed MPI Count shows the number of MPIs completed during the given time period.


Completed Items Count shows the total number of items inspected on all inspections for the given time period.


Green Rate shows the percentage of inspection items that were marked as Checked OK .


Red Rate shows the percentage of inspection items that were marked as Requires Immediate Attention .


Yellow Rate shows the percentage of inspection items that were marked as May Need Future Attention .



Item Fail Analysis


This table shows how many times each inspection item was inspected on a completed MPI for the given time period as well as what the result rates were.

You may need to scroll to right in this table to view the result rates.


Completed Count shows the total number of items inspected on all inspections for the given time period.


Green Rate shows the percentage of inspection items that were marked as Checked OK .


Red Rate shows the percentage of inspection items that were marked as Requires Immediate Attention .


Yellow Rate shows the percentage of inspection items that were marked as May Need Future Attention .



Category Fail Analysis


This table shows how many times each category was on a completed MPI and how many items were in each category for the given time period as well as what the result rates were.


Items Completed Count shows the total number of items inspected on all inspections for the given time period.


Green Rate shows the percentage of inspection items that were marked as Checked OK .


Red Rate shows the percentage of inspection items that were marked as Requires Immediate Attention .


Yellow Rate shows the percentage of inspection items that were marked as May Need Future Attention .



Templates - MPI

This table shows how many times each MPI template was used as well as what the result rates were.



Measurements Analysis


This table shows how many times each inspection item that requires a measurement was on a completed MPI, for the given time period, as well as what the results were


Items Count shows the total number of times this item was inspected for the given time period.


Measurement Average shows the average measurement of the given item.


Measurement Median shows the median measurement number of the given item. The median is the middle number in a set of values.
