Performance metrics are an integral part of business success because they allow you to continuously learn and improve. To access your metrics, select the Metrics tab located on the left side of your screen.
The Metrics feature gives you performance indicators of your Kimoby usage. It is a great tool to understand where you should be focusing your efforts to improve your customer service and engagement.
Some of the metrics include average response time, messages sent, Kimoby Pay data, and much more. At the top of the Metrics page, you can view and edit the range of days for which the metrics are displayed. The default range is 30 days, but you can change it to whatever range suits your needs.
If there's a metric you would like to have but that isn't available, you can let us know by submitting your suggestion. You can find the suggestion box under the Top users section.
