What are Vehicle Pools?

Vehicle pools allow you to select a vehicle pool instead of a specific vehicle when you create a loaner booking. The next available vehicle from that pool can be assigned to the customer once the booking begins. You can create as many custom pools as needed to manage your loaner and shuttle vehicles. In short, vehicle pools offer a better way of organizing your fleet vehicles in Kimoby Go. 

How do I create a new pool?

You can create a new vehicle pool by following these steps:

1. Click on the Kimoby Go tab.
2. Click on the Settings sub-tab.
3. Click on the Vehicles tab at the top of the page. 
4. Next to Vehicle Pools, click New Pool.
5. Give your new pool a name and click Add.

How do I add vehicles to a vehicle pool?

If you want to add a new vehicle to a pool, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Kimoby Go tab.
2. Click on the Loaners sub-tab.
3. Click on New vehicle.
4. Fill in all the vehicle information. The Vehicle Pool drop-down menu is where you can select the pool the vehicle will be in.
5. Click Create.

If you want to change the pool that an existing vehicle is in, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Kimoby Go tab.
2. Click on the Loaners sub-tab.
3. Click on the vehicle you want to modify.
4. In the Vehicle Pool drop-down menu, select the new pool you want the vehicle to be in.
5. Click Save.
