Utilization

The Utilization section of the Metrics tab focuses on a variety of metrics related to how much your team is using Kimoby.


Selecting the Time Period


You can filter what period of time you want to view by clicking on the Date drop-down menu at the top left of the page.


Viewing Inactive Users


You can choose to also view the metrics for both active and inactive (deleted) users by clicking on the Active Users drop-down menu at the top of the page and selecting “is any value”.


Drilling Down


In any metric, you can left-click on any value shown in a box, table or graph and select Drill. This will give you a full breakdown of that specific value.

Downloading Metrics

You can download any or all of the metrics in this page as an Excel, CSV, or PNG file directly to your PC.


To download a specific metric:

  1. Click on the three dots icon download-Apr-08-2025-10-31-06-2804-PM on the top-right of the metric box.
  2. Click Download.
  3. Under File type, select Excel (XLSX), CSV, or PNG.
  4. Click Download.

To download all the metrics on this page:

  1. Click on the download icon download2 at the bottom-right of the page.
  2. Under Format, select the file type you prefer (PNG, Excel, CSV, or PDF).
  3. Click Create File.
  4. Click Download when the file is ready.

Utilization Metrics

Users Utilization Overview


The Users Utilization Overview shows, user-by-user, how much your users use Kimoby in different aspects:

  • Outgoing Messages: Messages sent to customers by the user.
  • Made Videos & Sent Videos: Videos taken through the Kimoby mobile app and sent to customers.
  • Made Images & Sent Images: Photos taken through the Kimoby mobile app and sent to customers.
  • Sent Payment Requests: Payment requests sent to customers by the user.
  • Sent Estimates: Kimoby estimates sent to customers by the user.
  • Median Response Time
  • Last Active date and times for the web app and mobile app.

Note
Due to technical limitations, this metric is not drillable.


The
Median Response Time shows, in minutes, the median amount of time it took for a customer to get a reply from your staff. This is not to be confused with an average response time. A median is the middle value in a set of numbers, and helps rule out extremities like 24+ hour response times.


For example:

  • A user replies to 5 customer messages in a day.
  • The response times are, 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 1 hour, and 12 hours.
  • The median response time is 5 minutes.


Messages Per User

 

The Messages Per User metric shows, user-by-user, how many messages your users are sending on a monthly basis.


You can filter what period of time you want to view by clicking on the Date drop-down menu at the top left of the page.


Payment Requests Per User

 

The Payment Requests Per User metric shows, user-by-user, how many payment requests your users are sending on a monthly basis, as well as the total paid amounts.


You can filter what period of time you want to view by clicking on the Date drop-down menu at the top left of the page.


Messages Sent - Hourly View

 

The Messages Sent - Hourly View heatmap graph displays the volume of outgoing messages sent over the course of a week, broken down by the hour of the day.  How specific the graph is will be determined by the Date selected at the top of the page.


Messages Received - Hourly View

 

The Messages Received - Hourly View heatmap graph displays the volume of incoming messages from customers over the course of a week, broken down by the hour of the day. How specific the graph is will be determined by the Date selected at the top of the page.


Response Time - Hourly View

 

The Response Time - Hourly View heatmap graph displays the median response time, in minutes, over the course of a week, broken down by the hour of the day. How specific the graph is will be determined by the Date selected at the top of the page.


Messages Sent - Weekly View

 

The Messages Sent - Weekly View graph displays the total number of outgoing messages sent on each day of a given week. 


Messages Received - Weekly View

 

The Messages Received - Weekly View graph displays the total number of incoming messages received from customers on each day a given week.


Response Time - Weekly View

 

The Response Time - Weekly View graph displays median response time for all of your users on each day of a given week.


Appointment Reminders

 

The Appointment Reminders graph shows details about your appointments and appointment reminders. You can change the timeframe that the graph displays by adjusting the Date at the top of the page.


Appointment Statuses

 

The Appointment Statuses graph shows an overview of appointment statuses so you can analyze how often customers are confirming, canceling, or rescheduling appointments. You can change the timeframe that the graph displays by adjusting the Date at the top of the page.


Message Volume & Response Time

 

The Message Volume & Response Time graph shows the relationship between message volume blue bars and median response time orange line over time. You can change the timeframe that the graph displays by adjusting the Date at the top of the page.


Note: The Median Response Time can only go as far back as March 10th, 2025, when Kimoby began calculating this metric.


Automation Performance

 

The Automation Performance metric shows how many messages your automations are sending over a given period and how often customers are replying to them. You can change the timeframe that the graph displays by adjusting the Date at the top of the page.
