Tracking Your Automated Message Performance

It's important to keep track of your automated messages' performance results and make changes accordingly. If something is not working, try a different approach and reassess the outcome.

Viewing Your Automation's Results

You can view the results of every automation for each day that it was sent. In the automation of your choice, you will see how many messages were sent today, how many responses you received, and the percentage of positive responses.

  1. Select the Automations Sleep (32) tab on the left side of your screen.
  2. Select the automation for which you wish to see the results.
  3. Select View results at the top right corner of your automation page.

Also, by clicking on the arrow Sleep-Oct-14-2021-07-32-35-66-PM icon, on the right of each customer's response, you can access their conversation and contact them directly from there.

View Your Automation's Response Rate

In your automation, you will see a graph called Response rate. You can display your response rate for the last 7 days, 30 days, or last year. You can also choose the exact dates to display your response rate. 

The grey line represents the total of messages sent a specific day, and the blue line represents the number of responses you received on a specific day.

  1. Select the Automations Sleep (32) tab on the left side of your screen.
  2. Select the automation for which you wish to see the response rate.
  3. Choose the dates you wish to display in the graph.

Viewing Your Automation's Sentiment Analysis

In your automation, you will see a graph called Sentiment analysis. This graph will help you analyse your customer's perceived attitude towards your automation.

You can display the sentiment analysis for the last 7 days, 30 days, or last year. You can also choose the exact date to display the sentiment analysis.

The green represents the percentage of positive reactions, the red represents the percentage of negative responses, and the grey represents the percentage of messages sent with no responses.

  1. Select the Automations Sleep (32) tab on the left side of your screen.
  2. Select the automation for which you wish to see the sentiment analysis.
  3. Choose the dates you wish to display in the graph.

Exporting Your Automation's Results

Exporting your data results in excel sheet or CSV document can be helpful to analyze your automation's performance.

  1. Select the Automations Sleep (32) tab, on the left side of your screen.
  2. Select the automation for which you wish to export the results.
  3. Select View results. You can use filters to help narrow your results.
  4. Select Export results:
    1. Select All if you want to export all results.
    2. Select Filtered results if you want to export only the results you filtered on the previous page.
    3. Select Date range if you want to export only the results for specific dates.
  5. Select whether you want your results in a CSV format or an XLSX format.
  6. A green bubble will appear saying You'll receive an email with a link to download your file.
  7. In your email inbox, you will receive the link to download your results.
  8. Select Download to get the full report.
