Revenue Impact Metrics

The Video Lift metrics show how much revenue is generated after a video is made, sent to, and then viewed by a customer.

It is calculated by the difference between the RO opened amount ($) and the RO closed amount ($) in repair orders that contained a video viewed by the customer. This amount is averaged among all repair orders that contained a video viewed by the customer to create the Video Lift.

The Video Lift amount will change depending on the Time Period selected.

Photo Lift

The Photo Lift metrics show how much revenue is generated after a photo is taken and sent to a customer.

Campaign-Attributed Total ROs

The Campaign-Attributed Total ROs metric shows the revenue generated from campaigns in the given time period.

The Campaign-Attributed Total RO amount will change depending on the Time Period selected.

Payments

The Payments metrics shows the number and amount of payments financed through Affirm in the given time period.

Average Transaction Size is calculated by the total financed amount divided by the number of financed transactions. It also compares this amount to the average transaction size for credit card transactions.

The Payments metrics shown will depend on the Time Period selected.
