Managing Your Texting Phone Number in Kimoby

Since Kimoby is an instant messaging platform, you need a designated phone number to use the service, which will be visible to your customers. You cannot use your personal mobile number; we will provide you with a Kimoby number.

On top of the phone number your custoers see, behind-the scenes we may use multiple phone numbers to send messages. This will ensure that messages are sent faster.

When you first log in to the app, you will choose your phone number as part of the onboarding process.
