Managing your Instant Marketing Campaigns is easy with the Campaigns interface. You can quickly view your message and make any necessary changes. If you want to modify your campaign message, you need first to pause it. Once paused, you'll be able to make changes to the message and assignee. You can also delete the campaign at any time.
You can also duplicate your campaign from the Campaigns interface if you want to reuse the message or use the same settings without starting all over. This can be helpful when you have recurring campaigns, like during tire swapping season for dealership.

Managing Your Campaign
In the Campaigns interface, you can answer the customers reached by your campaign.
- Select the Campaigns tab on the left side of your screen.
- Select the campaign you wish to see.
- Select any customer who answered your campaign.
- Respond or call that customer for further communications.
Duplicating a Campaign
You can duplicate a campaign and edit it if you wish to reuse the same one for a different purpose. This will save you time if you don't want to start all over.
- Select Campaigns on the left side of your screen.
- Select the checkbox of the campaign you wish to duplicate.
- Select Duplicate .
The duplicate will be in your campaign list, starting with copy of in the campaign title, and you will be able to edit its name, rules, and specs in the campaign creation process.
Viewing Your Campaign Message
You can view the message according to every completed campaign in your account.
- Select the Campaigns tab on the left side of your screen.
- Select the campaign you wish to view the message.
- Select View message at the top right corner of your screen.
- A message bubble will appear with the message of your campaign; you can copy it by selecting Copy .
Pausing a Campaign in Progress
You can pause an ongoing campaign, for example, if you want to change the message sent to customers.
- Select the Campaigns tab on the left side of your screen.
- Select the campaign you wish to pause.
- Select the pause button at the top of your screen, right next to your campaign's name.
- Click on Play to restart your campaign.
Changing the Replies' Assignee in a Paused Campaign
You can change the Replies' Assignee only after pausing your campaign.
- Select Campaigns on the left side of your screen.
- Select the pause icon next to the campaign you wish to pause.
- Select Change.
- Choose the new assignee.
- Select Save assignee.
Editing the Message of a Campaign in Progress
You can edit your campaign's message only after pausing your campaign.
- Select the Campaigns tab on the left side of your screen.
- Select the campaign you wish to edit the message for.
- At the top of your screen, right next to your campaign's name, select Edit message .
- Click in the message box to make the. modifications to your message.
- Select Confirm changes.
Terminating a Campaign in Progress
If you terminate a campaign you will still be able to see the results of the beginning of your campaign up until you terminate it.
- Select the Campaigns tab on the left side of your screen.
- Select the campaign you wish to terminate.
- Select the pause icon at the top of your screen, right next to your campaign's name.
- Select Terminate.
