The Customer metrics section of the Metrics tab gives you an in-depth analysis of the customers in your database.
Selecting the Spend Period
You can filter what period of time you want to view, for customer spending, by clicking on the Spend Period drop-down menu at the top left of the page.
Drilling Down
In any metric, you can left-click on any value shown in a box, table or graph and select Drill. This will give you a full breakdown of that specific value.
Downloading Metrics
You can download any or all of the metrics in this page as an Excel, CSV, or PNG file directly to your PC.
To download a specific metric:
- Click on the three dots icon
on the top-right of the metric box.
- Click Download.
- Under File type, select Excel (XLSX), CSV, or PNG.
- Click Download.
To download all the metrics on this page:
- Click on the download icon
at the bottom-right of the page.
- Under Format, select the file type you prefer (PNG, Excel, CSV, or PDF).
- Click Create File.
- Click Download when the file is ready.
Customers Metrics
Top Customer Pay Customers
The Top Customer Pay Customers metric helps you keep track of how much each customer visits your store and how much money they spend. The Customer Amount Sum column shows the total amount of money spent, while Customer Amount Average shows the average amount of money this customer spends per repair order.
Top Warranty Customers
The Top Warranty Customers metric helps you keep track of how much warranty work each customer has had done at your store. The Warranty Amount Sum column shows the total amount of money gained from warranty work, while Warranty Amount Average shows the average amount of money gained per warranty work order.
Customer Vehicle Year
The Customer Vehicle Year metric shows the distribution of customer vehicles by model year. This can help you figure out which customers to target in a campaign if you’re looking to purchase vehicles from customers.
Customer Vehicle Make
The Customer Vehicle Year table shows the distribution of customer vehicles by vehicle make. The symbol is the number of customers with an undefined vehicle make.
Customer Vehicle Model
The Customer Vehicle Year table shows the distribution of customer vehicles by vehicle model. The symbol is the number of customers with an undefined vehicle model.
Customer Location
The Customer Location table shows the distribution of customer locations (where they live) by city. The symbol is the number of customers with an undefined location.
Customer Count/Cell Phone Number Count
This metric shows the total number of customers in your database and how many of them have a cell phone number in their profile. A higher percentage here means more customers can be reached through Kimoby, via text message
Unsubscribed From Marketing
This metric shows how many customers have unsubscribed from marketing messages only and the increase in the last quarter. Customers that unsubscribe from marketing messages can still be texted for service-related reasons (appointment reminders, maintenance reminders, etc).
Unsubscribed From Service
This metric shows how many customers have unsubscribed from service messages and the increase in the last quarter. Customers that unsubscribe from service messages can no longer be texted.
