Repair Order Metrics

Repair Order Video Report

The Repair Order Video Report table shows, user-by-user, the amount of repair orders where a video was made, sent, and viewed. This allows you to see how much your staff uses Kimoby’s videos feature on both the web and mobile app.

Since this metric focuses on repair orders rather than videos, if a repair order contains multiple videos, it will only be counted once. Additionally, if multiple users are added as participants in a repair order that contains a video, it will be counted for both users, but only once for the Total.

For example:

  • User A and User B are both participants in a repair order that contains a video.
  • The metrics will show that User A has 1 RO With Video Made.
  • The metrics will show that User B has 1 RO With Video Made.
  • The Total will still show 1 RO With Video Made because only one RO contains a video.

Repair Order Video Progress

The Repair Order Video Report table shows the progress over time of the amount of repair orders where a video was made, sent, and viewed. This allows you to see your staff’s progress in regards to the usage of Kimoby’s videos feature.

The Closed At timeframe (monthly view, weekly view, etc.) can be changed by using the Timeframe drop-down menu at the top of the page.

The Closed At timeframe (monthly view, weekly view, etc.) can be changed by using the Timeframe drop-down menu at the top of the page.

Repair Order Photo Report

The Repair Order Photo Report table shows, user-by-user, the amount of repair orders where a photo was taken and sent. This allows you to see how much your staff uses Kimoby’s camera feature on both the web and mobile app.

Since this metric focuses on repair orders rather than images, if a repair order contains multiple images, it will only be counted once. Additionally, if multiple users are added as participants in a repair order that contains an image, it will be counted for both users, but only once for the Total.

For example:

  • User A and User B are both participants in a repair order that contains an image.
  • The metrics will show that User A has 1 RO With Image Made.
  • The metrics will show that User B has 1 RO With Image Made.
  • The Total will still show 1 RO With Image Made because only one RO contains an image.

Note
