Your time is valuable and we know that some of your users, especially technicians, are sharing a single mobile device. Our multi-user login feature allows you to add multiple accounts to the same mobile device so you can easily switch between users with just a few taps!

Setting Up Multiple Accounts:
To set up multiple accounts on a single mobile device:
- If you are signed in, log out of your account by selecting More then Sign out .
- At the login screen, select Saved sign ins.
- Select Sign in as another user.
- Enter the email and password of the account you want to add.
- Select Sign in.
Switching Between Accounts
There are a few ways to switch accounts when your saved sign ins are set up.
From the login screen:
- Select Saved sign ins.
- Select the name of the user you want to sign in as from the list of Saved sign ins.
From a conversation, repair order, or new message:
- Open any conversation or repair order space, or create a new message.
- Select the Switch icon to the right of “Acting as (logged in user)”.
- Select the name of the user you want to sign in as from the list of Saved sign ins.
Managing Your Saved Sign Ins
You can remove users from the Saved sign ins list if they are no longer going to be sharing the same device.
- Select More .
- Select Switch .
- Select Manage saved sign ins.
- Select the minus button next to the user you want to remove as a saved sign in from that device.
- Select Yes, remove.
