Unmatching Values and Customers

At all times, in a data matched list, you can unmatch values from a customer.

For example, if a customer changes vehicle, they may no longer need to be in that list.

  1. Click on your name, at the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Click on Data matching.
  3. Click on the list where you wish to unmatch a value and a customer.
  4. By going over the name of you customer with your mouse, a Unmatch button will appear on the complete right of the name of the customer.
  5. Click on Unmatch.

Then, you can always rematch the customer or match the value to a new customer.
