Setting an After Hours Message

You can create a message that will be sent automatically to customers, if they reach out during closed business hours.

  1. Click on your name on the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Click on Company Settings.
  3. Click on Business hours, in the sub-menu, on the left side of your screen.
  4. Check the Activate after hours message check box.
  5. Edit or write the after hours message.
  6. Click on Saves changes.
