Getting Multiple Matches With Customers

After a match, you might have multiple matches in your list.

This happens when your values matches more than one customer. In fact, if a vehicle was sold or transferred to a new customer, it may be associated with more than one customer.

You can then, unmatch the customers that no longer fits with your value.

  1. Click on the filter Multiples.
  2. Unmatch the customers that no longer fits with your value.
