GEM-CAR Auto Repair Shop Management System

This article will explain how you can export your GEM-CAR customer database in Kimoby. 

Follow these instructions to export your list:

1. Open your GEM-CAR account.

2. Click on Customer Management

2. Click on Reports

3. Select Summary list of customers who visited the shop. Leave the other fields empty. 

4. Click on Printer. A list with all of your customers will be displayed. 

5. Click on Export Report on the upper section of your screen, near the print icon.

6. Change the Format Field to MS Excel 97-2000 (Data only). 

7. Click on OK

8. Do not change anything on the next screen, and click on OK

9. Save your customer list Excel sheet. 

10. Import your Excel sheet in Kimoby.
