Admins can see whether or not the assignee has read a message.
When the assignee hasn't read a message, the following icon 
will show in the user's Conversations section.
The admin can use this to flag unread messages to improve team collaboration and efficiency.
If the conversation is assigned to a team, the icon will only show if no staff member of that team has read the message.
