Editing and Deleting Teams in Conversations

You can create teams in Kimoby to bring together staff who have similar functions or are part of the same group. This way, multiple users can interact with customers and receive alerts whenever the teams gets a notification.

If you haven't created a team in Kimoby yet, you can learn how to do so here

Editing teams

  1. In Conversations, click on the Manage gear icon under the Teams section.
  2. Click on the pen icon beside the name of the team that needs to be edited.
  3. You can change the name of your team under the Name field.
  4. To add or remove users, click on Add or Remove beside the name of the user. You can also use the search bar Search for a user to find specific users.
  5. When you're done, click on Update team

Deleting teams

  1. In Conversations, click on the Manage gear icon under the Teams section. 
  2. Click on the garbage bin icon beside the name of the team that needs to be deleted.
  3. You will need to reassign the team's conversations to. another team or user. Select the team or user from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Click on Reassign and delete.
