Adding the Hunter integration to your Kimoby account

To add the Hunter integration to your Kimoby account, contact our support team via email support@kimoby.com or phone at +1 877 248 0204 Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM EST.

To connect your Hunter equipment with Kimoby, contact your Hunter representative. To find and contact your local Hunter team go to Hunter's website.

Creating the Hunter automation

To automatically send the wheel alignment inspection report to your customers during service, create a new automation in Kimoby.

  1. Click on Automations on the left side of your screen.
  2. Click on New automation.  

Choose name

  1. Choose a name for your automation.
  2. Select After an event.
  3. Click on Next. 

Assign replies

  1. Select the user who will be receiving the automation's responses. You can also select users that will be notified when there is a response. 
  2. Click on Next

Target customers

In Target Customers, add the following 2 rules: 

Rule 1

  • Category: Hunter Inspection 
  • Attribute: Inspection report url 
  • Operator: Has any value 

Rule 2

  • Category: Hunter inspection
  • Attribute: Happened at 
  • Operator: Exactly 
  • Value: 0 

Create a message

1. Enter your message and make sure you add the following custom attribute: { event.meta_inspection_report_url }. This attribute will attach the Hunter report to your message. See below for examples of messages that you can use. 

2. Click on Next.  

Set delivery time 

  1. Select Send in real time.
  2. Add your business hours so your messages are only sent during your business hours. 
  3. Click on Create automation.

Examples of messages

WARNING

Do not change any of the words highlighted in blue in { curly brackets }. They will be replaced by your customer and/or company's information.

Change the words highlighted in yellow in [ square brackets ], according to the desired information.

Here are a few examples of messages that you can send to your customers. Simply copy and paste the desired message in your conversation.

Hello { customer.name }, Please click on the link below to access the wheel alignment inspection report for your { customer.meta_vehicle_model | vehicle }, VIN { customer.meta_vehicle_vin }.
