Activating the Reference Autocomplete in a Payment Request

You can activate the reference autocomplete in Kimoby Pay. 

This will allow you to enter an invoice reference number and have Kimoby automatically fill the payment request amount. 

Reference autocomplete is only available for accounts that are integrated with their dealer management system, with the exception of Reynolds & Reynolds and PBS Systems. 

  1. Click on Kimoby Pay icon, on the left side of your screen.
  2. Click on Settings, in the sub-menu, on the left side of your screen.
  3. Under Reference Autocomplete, select the Event name, Reference attribute, and Amount attribute.
  4. Click on Save changes.

When entering a reference number in a payment request, you will see a drop-down menu and you will be able to select the right amount to autocomplete the field.
