Getting multiple matches with customers

After a match, you might have multiple matches in your list.

This happens when your values matches more than one customer. In fact, if a vehicle was sold or transferred to a new customer, it may be associated with more than one customer.

You can then, unmatch the customers that no longer fits with your value.

  • Click on the filter Multiples.
  • Unmatch the customers that no longer fits with your value.
