Rematching a value and a customer

If you unmatched a value and a customer, you can always rematch them.

In fact, after unmatching a customer with a value, Kimoby will leave them together until you match the value with a new customer or rematch the value and the customer.

  • Click on your name at the top right corner of your screen.
  • Click on Data matching.
  • Click on the list where you wish to rematch a value and a customer.
  • Next to the unmatched customer, click on Rematch.
