If you unmatched a value and a customer, you can always rematch them.
In fact, after unmatching a customer with a value, Kimoby will leave them together until you match the value with a new customer or rematch the value and the customer.
- Click on your name at the top right corner of your screen.
- Click on Data matching.
- Click on the list where you wish to rematch a value and a customer.
- Next to the unmatched customer, click on Rematch.
