You can receive an email notifications when a customer writes you in Kimoby. That notification can be turned ON/OFF in your settings.
When you receive that email notification, it is important to login Kimoby to pursue your conversation.
Replying to an email notification by email will send your answer to our support team.
- Click on View conversation. You will be automatically redirected in the conversation, Kimoby.
- Continue your conversation with your client from there.
