Sending the same message to more than one customer

You can send the exact same message to a maximum of 10 customers.

Just add them in the recipient field, type your text message and use custom attributes to personalize your message or use saved replies.

Sending the same message to more than one customer will not create a group message. In fact, it will create individual conversations with each customer.

  • Click on New message, at the top left corner of your screen.
  • Click on the recipient field to Search for a customer by name or phone number and add the recipients to your text message.
  • Type your message in the message box or insert a saved reply. You can add custom attributes and emojis to your message.
  • Click on Send.

Then, in your open conversations, you will see all the individual conversations.
