You can send the same message to a maximum of 10 customers.
Simply enter the customer's name in the recipient field, type your text message and use custom attributes to personalize your message or use a saved reply.
Sending the same message to more than one customer will not create a group message. In fact, it will create individual conversations with each customer.
- Click on New message, at the top left corner of your screen.
- Click on the recipient field to search for a customer by name or phone number and add the recipient to your text message.
- Type your message in the message box or insert a saved reply. You can add custom attributes and emojis to your message.
- Click on Send.
In your open conversations, you will see all the individual conversations.
