Translating Incoming Messages from Your Customers

You can translate any incoming message to the language of your choice.

  • Click on the conversation of your choice.
  • Hover over the message you wish to translate and the translate icon will appear on the right of the message.
  • Click on Translate to.
  • Choose the language in which you wish to translate your message.
  • The translation will appear right under the message. You can hide or display it by clicking on the eye icon.

You can translate a message as many times as needed, in as many languages as you want.
