Enabling or disabling emojis for your account


Only admins can perform this action

You can enable and disable the emojis for your account. This action will be effective for all the users in your account.

  • Click on your name, at the top right corner of your screen.
  • Click on Company settings.
  • Click on Conversations, in the sub-menu, on the left side of your screen.
  • Enable or disable the emojis.

If disabled, in the conversation box, all users in your account will not be able to add any emojis in their conversations. The emoji icon  in the message box will be unclickable and, if you are an admin in your account, you will see a message that you can enable back the emojis in your company settings. If not an admin, you will see a message that your emojis have been disabled by your admin.
