Replying to an Internal Note

When tagged in an internal note or when you wish to reply to a note in a conversation or customer profile, you will be able to easily do so and the user that you are replying to will automatically be tagged in your reply.

  • Click on the conversation or customer profile where you want to reply to an internal note.
  • Click on the Reply arrow icon, next the internal note.
  • Your message box will automatically switch to an internal note and the user who tagged you will be tagged in your reply.
  • Write your reply.
  • Click on Add note.
