How a Customer can Unsubscribe to your Communications Through Text Message


Once a customer has been unsubscribed, there is no way for a user to manually resubscribe that customer. Only customers can resubscribe by replying START in the last conversation, or by texting START to your Kimoby phone number. 

If at any point the customer writes STOP in a text message conversation, Kimoby will automatically unsubscribe them.

  • Send the word STOP in the conversation you have with the company you wish to unsubscribe from.
