How a customer can unsubscribe to your communications through text message

WARNING

Once a customer has been unsubscribed, there is no way for a user to resubscribe that customer. Only they may subscribe back by answering back START in the last conversation or by giving them the text messaging number by writing START

If at any point the customer sends STOP in a text message conversation, Kimoby will automatically unsubscribe them.

  • Send the word STOP in the conversation with the company you no longer wish to receive any text message from.
