Adding a new attribute to a customer profile

You can add any attribute to a customer profile across Kimoby.

The attributes will be useful in order to personalize your messages with custom attributes and to have more information on your customers.

In the customer's profile

  • Click on the Customers  tab, on the left side of your screen.
  • Click on the customer's name you wish to add a new attribute.
  • Click on the pencil icon Edit right on top of the customer's name.
  • Click on + Add new attribute at the bottom of the Attributes column.
  • Choose your attribute's name.
  • Select whether it is a text, collection of text, a date or number type of attribute.
  • Enter the value in the box below.
  • Click on Add attribute.
  • Click on Save profile at the top right corner of your screen.

In a new appointment

  • Click on the Appointments  tab, on the left side of your screen.
  • Click on New appointment.
  • Add the information regarding the new appointment.
  • Click on Attributes.
  • Click on Add new attribute.
  • Choose your attribute's name.
  • Select whether it is a text, collection of text, a date or number type of attribute.
  • Enter the value in the box below.
  • Click on Add attribute at the top right corner of your screen.
  • Click on Create appointment.
