You can add any attributes to a customer profile in Kimoby.
Attributes are used to personalize your messages and provide more information on your customers.
In a customer profile
- Click on the Customers
tab on the left side of your screen.
- Click on the customer's name.
- Click on the pencil icon Edit above the customer's name.
- Click on + Add new attribute at the bottom of the Attributes column.
- Add a name for the attribute.
- Select the attribute type. The attribute can be a text, collection of texts, date, or number.
- Enter the attribute value.
- Click on Add attribute.
- Click on Save profile at the top right corner of your screen.
In Appointments
- Click on the Appointments
tab on the left side of your screen.
- Click on New appointment.
- Fill the Information section.
- Click on Attributes.
- Click on Add new attribute.
- Add a name for the attribute.
- Select the attribute type. The attribute can be a text, collection of texts, date, or number.
- Enter the attribute value.
- Click on Add attribute at the top right corner of your screen.
- Click on Create appointment.
