Changing the Status of an Appointment Manually

Here's how you can manually change the status of an appointment.

In Appointments 

  1. Click on the Appointments tab on the left side of your screen.
  2. Click on the appointment's checkbox.  
  3. Click on Confirm, Unconfirm or Cancel in the upper section of your screen. 
  4. Confirm the change. 

In the appointment

  • Click on the Appointments  tab on the left side of your screen.
  • Click on the appointment. 
  • Click on the green check, the yellow dash or the red X to change the status of the appointment. Your change will be automatically saved and will appear in the customer's conversation.
  • Click on Appointments at the bottom of your screen.
  • Click on the appointment. 
  • Click on Confirm, the dash (unconfirm) or Cancel to change the status of the appointment. Your change will automatically be saved and will appear in the customer's conversation.
