Changing the status of an appointment manually

You can change the status of an appointment manually.

In your daily appointments report

  • Click on the Appointments  tab, on the left side of your screen.
  • Click on the appointment for which you wish to change the status.
  • Click on Confirm, Unconfirmed or Cancel.
  • Confirmez vos changements.

In the appointment

  • Click on the Appointments  tab, on the left side of your screen.
  • Click on the appointment for which you wish to change the status.
  • Click on the green check, yellow dash or red X to change the status of the appointment. Your change will be saved automatically and will appear in the customer's conversation.
