Changing the Status of an Appointment Manually

You can change the status of an appointment manually.

In your daily appointments report

  • Click on the Appointments  tab, on the left side of your screen.
  • Click on the appointment that needs to change status.
  • Click on Confirm, Unconfirmed or Cancel.
  • Save your changes. 

In the appointment

  • Click on the Appointments  tab, on the left side of your screen.
  • Click on the appointment that needs to change status.
  • Click on the green check, yellow dash or red X to change the status of the appointment. Your change will be saved automatically and will appear in the customer's conversation.
  • Click on Appointments , at the bottom of your screen.
  • Click on the appointment that needs to change status.
  • Click on Confirm, the yellow dash or Cancel to change the status of the appointment. Your change will automatically be saved and will appear in the customer's conversation.
