If you want to write a new message to a customer that already has an open conversation, a yellow message bubble will appear and you will be able to go to that conversation.
- Click on New message, at the top left corner of your screen.
- Click on the recipient field to Search for a customer by name or phone number and add the recipient to your text message.
- A yellow message bubble will appear, click on Go to conversation. You will be redirected in the open conversation with the customer.
- Write your message or select a saved reply.
- Click on Send .
