You can edit your saved replies in your company settings and the changes made will apply for all your users.
In your company settings
- Click on your name, at the top right corner of your screen.
- Click on Company settings.
- Click on Saved replies in the sub-menu, on the left side of your screen.
- Click on the pencil icon next to the saved reply you wish to edit.
- You can edit the title and message and add custom attributes and emojis to your message.
- Click on Update message to save your changes.
In conversations
- Click on the saved replies icon
, in the message box.
- Click on Manage. You will be redirected to the saved replies page.
- Click on the pencil icon next to the saved reply you wish to edit.
- You can edit the title and message and add custom attributes and emojis to your message.
- Click on Update message to save your changes.
You can always discard any changes by clicking on Cancel.
