Editing saved replies

You can edit all your saved replies in your company settings and your changes will be applied for all your users.

In your company settings

  • Click on your name, at the top right corner of your screen.
  • Click on Company settings.
  • Click on Saved replies, in the sub-menu, on the left side of your screen.
  • Click on the pencil icon next to the saved reply you wish to edit.
  • You can edit the title and message and add custom attributes and emojis to your message.
  • Click on Update message to save your changes.

In conversations

  • Click on the saved replies icon , in the message box.
  • Click on Manage. You will be redirected in the saved replies page.
  • Click on the pencil icon next to the saved reply you wish to edit.
  • You can edit the title and message and add custom attributes and emojis to your message.
  • Click on Update message to save your changes.

You can always discard any changes by clicking on Cancel.
