You can insert emojis in your messages.
They can be useful to communicate with your customers and sounding more friendly. Plus, your clients may use them at times, so it's a good way to answer for you too.
- From your message box, click on the smiley face icon , on the left side of your message box.
- Click on the emoji you wish to insert in your message.
- You can also click on the clock icon to view all recently used emojis.
Emojis can be used in new messages, ongoing conversations, preset messages, automation messages, auto-replies, internal notes, etc.
This means that, every time your message box is displayed, emojis can be used.
