Using emojis in your messages

You can insert emojis in your messages.

They can be useful to communicate with your customers and sounding more friendly. Plus, your clients may use them at times, so it's a good way to answer for you too.

  • From your message box, click on the smiley face icon  , on the left side of your message box.
  • Click on the emoji you wish to insert in your message. 
  • You can also click on the clock icon to view all recently used emojis.

Emojis can be used in new messages, ongoing conversations, preset messages, automation messages, auto-replies, internal notes, etc.

This means that, every time your message box is displayed, emojis can be used.
