Replying in Another User’s Conversation

You can reply or send a message in another user's conversation, whether the customer was assigned to you or not.

Keep in mind:

When you reply in another user’s conversation, it will let the client know that you are the one texting them.

You will not receive notifications for a conversation that is not assigned to you. 

Replying in another conversation does not assign it to you.

Finally, the conversation in which you replied will not show in your conversation list, it will remain in the assigned user's list. 

  • Click on the user that has an open conversation with the customer to whom you want to send a message.
  • Click on the customer's conversation.
  • Write your message or select a saved reply.
  • Click on Send.
