Replying in another user’s conversation

You can reply or send a message in another user's conversation whether the customer was assigned to you or not.

Keep in mind :

When you reply in another user’s conversation, it will tell the client that you are the one texting them.

You will not get the notifications of the conversation if it is not assigned to you. 

Replying in another conversation does not assign it to you.

And mostly, the conversation in which you replied will not be in your conversations list but, in the user to which it was originally assigned to.

  • Click on the user that has an open conversation with the customer for who you wish to send a message to.
  • Click on the conversation with the customer.
  • Write your message or select a preset message.
  • Click on Send .
