Inserting saved preset messages into conversations

After creating and editing your preset messages, you can send them in any conversation with your customers.

In every message box, you will see a bubble . Every time this bubble is displayed, you will be able to use preset messages. 

From a new message

Inserting preset message templates in new conversations with customers

  • Click on New message
  • Search for a customer by name or phone number.
  • In the message box, click on the bubble , located at the bottom left corner .
  • Search and choose the preset message you wish to send.
  • Click on Send.

From an existing conversation

  • Go to the conversation with your customer
  • In the message box, click on the bubble , located at the bottom left corner .
  • Search and choose the preset message you wish to send.
  • Click on Send.
