Inserting saved replies into conversations

After creating and editing your saved replies, you can send them in any conversation with your customers.

In every message box, you will see the saved replies icon . Every time this icon is displayed, you will be able to use saved replies.

From a new message

  • Click on New message
  • Search for a customer by name or phone number.
  • In the message box, click on the saved replies icon .
  • Search and choose the saved reply you wish to send.
  • Click on Send .

  • Click on the green conversation icon, on the left side of your screen.
  • Click on Add customer.
  • Click on Search for a customer to add the recipients to your text message.
  • Click on the saved replies icon, above your keyboard.
  • Click on the saved reply you wish to use or click on Search for a saved reply to find it.
  • Click on the paper plane icon to send your message.

From an existing conversation

  • Go to the conversation with your customer
  • In the message box, click on the saved replies icon .
  • Search and choose the saved reply you wish to send.
  • Click on Send .

  • Click on the Conversations tab, at the bottom of your screen
  • Click on the conversation with the customer that you wish to send a saved reply.
  • Click on the saved replies icon, above your keyboard.
  • Click on the saved reply you wish to use or click on Search for a saved reply to find it.
  • Click on the paper plane icon to send your message.
