This automatic reply is only triggered with the automated appointment reminder.
After setting up an automated appointment reminder, you can activate and customize an automatic reply if your customer's response contains the words YES and NO.
In fact, this means that, if a customer answers with YES or NO, an automatic reply will be sent to them following their answer.
- Click on your name, at the top right corner of your screen.
- Click on Company settings.
- Click on Appointment reminders, at the left side of your screen in the sub-menu.
- Click on the checkboxes you wish to activate.
- Write the two different messages you wish to send to your customers following a response containing the words YES and NO. Here are a few examples of appointment auto replies you could use.
- Click on Save.
