Web, is a browser notification (Internet Explorer is not compatible).
Email, is a notification that is sent by email with a link to go to the desired subject.
In your settings, you can have Kimoby send you various notifications.
These notifications can be sent through your browser and by email.
- Click on your name, at the top right corner of your screen.
- Click on Your settings.
- Click on Notifications, on the left side of your screen, in the sub-menu.
- Choose the notifications you want by web, email or mobile.
- Save your changes.
- Click on the settings icon , at the botton of your screen.
- Click on Notifications.
- Choose the notifications you want by web, email or mobile. Your changse will be saved automatically.
In your settings, you will see four different notifications possibilities.
Monthly reports are usage reports of your Kimoby account.
You will see how many messages were sent and received and all the metrics regarding appointments such as canceled, confirmed, not confirmed and cancelled appointments.
By turning this notification ON, you will get the monthly report at the beginning of every month, for data of the prior month.
Conversation notifications are quite useful. In fact, every time a customer sends you a message or when a teammate assigns a conversation to you, you will get notified.
Replying to that email notification will not send an answer to your customer.
When receiving this notification, click on the View conversation button to go to the conversation and respond to your customer.
You will get notified for anything regarding Before an appointment automations.
Whether it is about an appointment confirmation, cancelation or simply an answer following the automation, you will get notified.
For any paid invoice through Kimoby Pay, you will get notified and will be able to directly go see the invoice that was paid by clicking on View invoice, in the email notification that was sent.
