Sending a Manual Confirmation Message Upon Payment

You can manually send a message to your customer to confirm that a payment has been received. You may also choose to send an automated confirmation message upon payment

Once a customer has paid for their invoice, you will receive an email notification and the invoice card in Kimoby Pay will change to Paid

In your company settings, you can set up a saved reply and send it every time a payment has been processed. Here are a few payment confirmation messages examples that you may use.

  • Click on your customer's conversation. 
  • Click on the Saved Replies icon  and select the payment confirmation message.
  • Click on Send.
