Sending a payment request

After setting up your Kimoby Pay account and getting approval, you can immediately start sending invoices to your customers. 

You can send payment request from two different sections.

From a new message

  • Click on New message, at the top left corner of your screen, from anywhere in the app.
  • Search for a customer by name or phone number allows you to search for your customer by their name or phone number.
  • Click on Payment request directly on the right of Message in the quick message.
  • Enter the amount and reference number in the according fields. Both are required in order to send a payment request. 
  • Type your message in the message box. Here are a few payment request messages examples
  • Click on Send.

In your customer's conversation, you will see the link of the invoice and the invoice card. You can watch a quick video on how your customers will be able to pay their invoice with Kimoby Pay

From an existing conversation

  • Click on the customer's conversation, for whom you wish to send a payment request. 
  • Click on Payment request directly on the right of Message and Internal note in the message field.
  • Enter the amount and reference number in the according fields. Both are required in order to send a payment request. 
  • Type your message in the message box. Here are a few payment request messages examples
  • Click on Send.
