Your reference ID is the same used in your DMS. Which means this is useful only when you have an integration.
When setting up your user profile, you can identify yourself with your reference ID.
In fact, your reference ID will allow you to assign conversations automatically and to personalize automations with the name of the service advisor working on your customer's vehicle.
- Click on your name, at the top right corner of your screen.
- Click on Your settings.
- In your profile, add your reference ID in the according field, under your picture.
- Click on Save changes.
