In the cell phone field, you will get an error message if the cell phone number you just entered is already being used or if there is an error with the phone number.
Through any conversation, appointment, automation, campaign or group, you can edit, add or delete a customer's phone number.
In fact, you can make this quick change without having to go in the customer's profile.
Every time a customer's contact information is displayed, you will see a pencil icon right next to each phone number.
- From anywhere in the app, click on Show customer profile.
- Click on the grey area of the phone number you wish to edit.
- Edit, add or delete a phone number.
- Save by clicking anywhere else on your page, by hitting enter on your keyboard or by clicking on the green check icon .
