You will see an error message if the cell phone number you have just entered is already being used or if there's an issue with the phone number.
You can edit, add or delete a customer's phone number in any conversation, appointment, automation, campaign or group
Every time a customer's contact information shows, you will see a pencil icon next to the phone number.
- Click on Show customer profile.
- Click on the grey area of the phone number you want to edit.
- Edit, add or delete a phone number.
- Save by clicking anywhere else on your page, by hitting enter on your keyboard or by clicking on the green check icon.
