Here's how you can edit a customer's information in their profile.
In a customer's profile
- Click on the Customers tab on the left side of your screen.
- Click on the customer's name.
- Click on the pencil icon Edit above the customer's name.
- Edit or add any information or attribute.
- Click on Save profile at the top right corner of your screen.
In Conversations, Automations, Groups or Campaigns
- Click on the customer's name from anywhere on Kimoby.
- Click on the pencil icon Edit right above the customer's name.
- Edit or add any information or attribute.
- Click on Save profile at the top right corner of your screen.
