Editing Customer Information in Kimoby

Here's how you can edit a customer's information in their profile. 

In a customer's profile

  1. Click on the Customers tab on the left side of your screen.
  2. Click on the customer's name.
  3. Click on the pencil icon Edit above the customer's name.
  4. Edit or add any information or attribute. 
  5. Click on Save profile at the top right corner of your screen.

In Conversations, Automations, Groups or Campaigns

  • Click on the customer's name from anywhere on Kimoby. 
  • Click on the pencil icon Edit right above the customer's name.
  • Edit or add any information or attribute. 
  • Click on Save profile at the top right corner of your screen.
