Editing a customer's informations in Kimoby

In the customer's profile

  • Click on the Customers  tab, on the left side of your screen.
  • Click on the customer's name you wish to edit.
  • Click on the pencil icon Edit right on top of the customer's name.
  • Edit or add any information or attribute you wish to.
  • Click on Save profile at the top right corner of your screen.

In Conversations, Automations, Groups or Campaigns

  • From anywhere in the app, click on the customer's name you wish to edit.
  • Click on the pencil icon Edit right on top of the customer's name.
  • Edit or add any information or attribute you wish to.
  • Click on Save profile at the top right corner of your screen.
