Using appointment filters

On the left side of your appointment screen you will see two different sections: By appointment status and By message status

By clicking on the check boxes , you are able to filter your appointments. 

Filters can be useful in order to view specific appointements according to their status or by your automation message status.

For example, by clicking on the checkboxes Not sent, errors, landlines and unsubscribe, you will get the list of all the customers you need to contact by phone to remind them of their appointment with you.
