Keeping conversations going from anywhere in Kimoby

As you started conversations with your customers, are can also pursue all your conversations through different sections. 

In the conversation section

  • Click on the conversation of your choice.
  • Click on the conversation box at the bottom of your screen.
  • Write your message in the conversation box.
  • Click on Send.

You can do the exact same thing when you are writing a message in another user's conversation.

In the appointment section

Pick up customer conversations from the appointment confirmation screen

  • Click on the calendar icon on the left of your screen.
  • Go to the date of your choosing and, if appointments are booked on that date, you will see the list of customers coming in for their appointment.
  • As per their appointment statuses, you will see who still needs to be contacted for a confirmation, cancelation or to reschedule. 
  • Click on the angle down arrow on the complete right of the customer's appointment.
  • You will see the appointment information, as well as the conversation with that customer.
  • Write your message in the conversation box.
  • Click on Send.

In the automation section

Tips and tricks

Useful for event automations such as CSI, maintenance follow-up, missed appointment, etc.

Pick up customer conversations from the message automation results and metrics screen

  • Click on the automation icon on the left of your screen.
  • Click on the automation of your choice.
  • Click on View results, on the top right side of your screen. 
  • You will see the list of customers reached by your automation. 
  • As per the automation's responses, you will see who needs to be contacted.
  • Click on the angle down arrow on the complete right of the customer's name.
  • You will see the customer's information, as well as the conversation with that customer.
  • Write your message in the conversation box.
  • Click on Send.

In the campaign section

Pick up customer conversations from the campaign engagement results and performance screen

  • Click on the campaign icon on the left of your screen.
  • Click on the campaign of your choice.
  • You will see the list of customers reached by your campaign. 
  • As per the campaign's responses, you will see who needs to be contacted regarding your campaign.
  • Click on the angle down arrow on the complete right of the customer's name.
  • You will see the customer's information, as well as the conversation with that customer.
  • Write your message in the conversation box.
  • Click on Send.
