Keeping conversations going, from anywhere in Kimoby

As you started conversations with your customers, you can pursue all your conversations through different tabs. 

In Conversations

  • Click on the conversation you wish to pursue.
  • Click on the conversation box, at the bottom of your screen.
  • Write your message in the conversation box or insert a saved reply.
  • Click on Send .

  • Click on the conversation you wish to pursue.
  • Click on the conversation box, at the bottom of your screen.
  • Write your message in the conversation box or insert a saved reply.
  • Click on the paper plane icon to send your message.

You can do the exact same thing when you are writing a message in another user's conversation.

In Appointments

  • Click on the Appointments tab, on the left side of your screen.
  • Go to the date of your choosing, and if appointments are booked on that date, you will see the list of customers coming in for their appointment.
  • As per their appointment statuses, you will see who still needs to be contacted for a confirmation, cancelation or to reschedule. 
  • Click on the angle down arrow on the complete right of the customer's appointment.
  • You will see the appointment information, as well as the conversation with that customer.
  • Write your message in the conversation box or insert a saved reply.
  • Click on Send .

In Automations

  • Click on the Automations tab, on the left of your screen.
  • Click on the automation of your choice.
  • Click on View results, on the top right side of your screen. 
  • You will see the list of customers reached by your automation. 
  • According to your automation's responses, you will see who needs to be contacted.
  • Click on the angle down arrow on the complete right of the customer's name.
  • You will see the customer's information, as well as the conversation with that customer.
  • Write your message in the conversation box or insert a saved reply.
  • Click on Send .

In Campaigns

  • Click on the Campaigns tab, on the left of your screen.
  • Click on the campaign of your choice.
  • You will see the list of customers reached by your campaign. 
  • According to the campaign's responses, you will see who needs to be contacted regarding your campaign.
  • Click on the angle down arrow on the complete right of the customer's name.
  • You will see the customer's information, as well as the conversation with that customer.
  • Write your message in the conversation box or insert a saved reply.
  • Click on Send .
