Keeping Conversations Going from Anywhere in Kimoby

Start conversations with your customers and have access to them from anywhere in Kimoby. 

In Conversations

  1. Click on the conversation you'd like to open. 
  2. Click on Type a messsage... in the conversation box at the bottom of your screen.
  3. Write your message or insert a saved reply.
  4. Click on Send.

  4. Click on the paper plane icon to send your message.

You can do the same thing when you're writing a message in another user's conversation.

In Appointments

  1. Click on the Appointments tab on the left side of your screen.
  2. Select the date of your choosing. If appointments are booked on that date, you'll see a list of customers coming in for their appointment.
  3. Click on the drop-down arrow on the right side of the customer's appointment.
  4. You'll see the appointment details and have access to your customer's conversation. 
  5. Write your message in the conversation box or insert a saved reply.
  6. Click on Send.

In Automations

  1. Click on the Automations tab on the left side of your screen.
  2. Select an automation.
  3. Click on View results on the top right side of your screen to see the customers that were reached with the automation. 
  4. Click on the arrow on the right side of the customer's name.
  5. You'll see the customer's information and conversation. 
  6. Write your message in the conversation box or insert a saved reply.
  7. Click on Send.

In Campaigns

  1. Click on the Campaigns tab on the left side of your screen.
  2. Select a campaign to see a full list of the customers reached by this campaign. 
  3. Click on the drop-down arrow on the right side of the customer's name.
  4. You'll see the customer's information and conversation. 
  5. Write your message in the conversation box or insert a saved reply.
  6. Click on Send.
