Writing internal notes to add context to conversations

Throughout Kimoby, you can leave internal notes in each customer's conversation and profile. 

They are useful to:

Internal notes can be deleted as opposed to text messages which will never be lost or erased.

You can also tag your teammates in the internal notes.

In Conversations

  • From any ongoing conversation, click on Internal note, in the message box. 
  • In the yellow background box, you can write a note or attach any file or image you wish to.
  • Click on Add .

  • From any ongoing conversation, click on the internal note icon, at the bottom of your message box.
  • In the yellow background box, you can write a note or attach any file or image you wish to.
  • Click on Add .

In Customers

  • From any customer profile, click on All activities or Notes, at the top of your screen. 
  • From the yellow background, you can write a note or attach any file or image you wish to.
  • Click on Add .
