Writing internal notes to add context to conversations

Tips and tricks

Internal notes can be deleted as opposed to messages who will never be lost or erased.

Through Kimoby, you can leave internal notes in each customer's conversation and profile. 

They are useful to:

  • Let an other user why you are transferring him a conversation
  • Communicate internally for questions or comments
  • Attach a picture as a proof
  • Adding information on your customers
  • Etc.

You can either write your message or write an internal note. They will be displayed in yellow. 

In a conversation

Writing internal staff notes in text message conversations

  • From any conversation, click on Internal note right next to Message in the conversation box. 
  • From that yellow background box, you can write or attach whatever you want.
  • Click on Save to save your note and leave it in the customer's conversation.

In a customer's profile

Writing internal staff notes in customer profiles

  • From any customer profile, click on All activities or Notes, at the top of your screen. 
  • From that yellow background box, you can write or attach whatever you want.
  • Click on Add note to add your note in the customer's profile.
