Getting started with Kimoby

As you just subscribed to Kimoby, here's a little Getting started guide that may help you through this process. 

First - Create your account

Accept an email invite

As you decided to use Kimoby, you will get an email with all the necessary information to log into your account.

  • Log in your account.
  • Change your password to have your own. 
  • Create your account. 

Join with an approved email

As soon as you receive an email invite into Kimoby:

  • Click on the link.
  • Set up your password.
  • Add your reference ID if needed. 
  • Create your account.

Second - Set up your profile

  • Add your picture in your profile. Only the other user will see it. 
  • Add your signature
    • The preview of text messages are often the first two lines of the message. We recommend that you put your name and company as your signature so customers will know who they are getting a message from. 
    • For example : Julie from Kimoby or Julie @ Kimoby
  • Set up your web notifications and email notifications.

Third - Download Google Chrome

Don't forget to download Google Chrome

It is the greatest way to use Kimoby. With its fully functional and variable notifications, it will surely offer you the greatest experience using Kimoby.
