Assigning replies automatically

As mentionned in the automation article, you can assign your replies to whomever you want. 

You can also automatically assign replies based on the attribute reference identification. In fact, if you are using the attribute user reference in your automation, you can assign the replies to the concerned user.

Assigning replies to automated messages based on reference identification

  • Just click on the check box right under the reply assignation. 

As per your reference ID, Kimoby will automatically sync up with your management system and assign all the replies related to you. For example, if you send an automation to introduce the service advisor working on a client's vehicle, Kimoby will recognize and assign the service advisor that conversation.
